Who handles the data
Instituto Economia Criativa Brasil–China (IECBC), Brazilian registration CNPJ 53.847.514/0001-43, is responsible for the processing described here. Use the institutional contact below for questions, access, correction, objections or deletion requests.
Browsing and choices
You can browse without allowing optional measurement. We use local storage in this browser to remember your choice for up to 180 days. You can change this essential preference through “Privacy preferences”.
Optional measurement
Only after permission do we send page and interaction records for news, cooperation, activity areas and contact links. The server receives the IP address and technical details such as browser, language, screen size, time zone and referral origin. Approximate location may be available from technical data. We do not request GPS location, identify people through device characteristics or capture form text for measurement.
Contact and email
Sending a message provides your name, email and message; institution, city and area of interest are optional. These details support your request and institutional dialogue. Simply browsing does not automatically reveal your email address.
News and invitations
Email communications require a separate optional choice in the form, unchecked by default. The choice is recorded with the message. You can cancel through the institutional contact. Sending a message does not require subscribing.
Purposes and grounds
We process messages to respond to visitor requests and develop institutional discussions. Optional measurement and news communications require consent. Technical data strictly needed to deliver and protect the site may be processed for operation, security and applicable obligations.
Services used
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. The contact and measurement functions and database use the Supabase infrastructure already adopted by IECBC. Cloud services may process data outside Brazil. WhatsApp and other external links open independent services with their own policies. We do not sell form data. When measurement is allowed, Cloudflare Web Analytics also provides aggregated audience and performance statistics, such as country, referral origin, device, browser and page loading. These reports do not reveal visitors’ email addresses.
Access and retention
Messages and measurement records are stored with restricted administrative access. Data is retained as needed for the stated purposes, rights requests and applicable obligations. Withdrawing permission stops new optional records in this browser; contact us regarding data already stored.
Your rights
You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about use and sharing, consent withdrawal and deletion where applicable. Proportionate identity verification may be requested. Change future measurement through the preferences button without sending a message.
Cookies and advertising
This version installs no advertising cookies or session recorders. The privacy choice uses local storage. Infrastructure may use technical resources necessary for security and delivery. New tools that change this processing must be reflected in the policy and choices shown to visitors.
